何庆华,男、博士、研究员、博士生导师、现为南昌大学中德联合研究院副院长、赣江特聘教授、食品科学与技术国家重点实验室固定研究员、江西省现代分析科学重点实验室免疫分析首席科学家、江西省主要学术学科与技术带头人(食品科学与工程学科,2019年度)、江西省自然科学二等奖第一完成人(2017)、江西省百千万人才工程人选(2018)、江西省杰出青年人才(2017年度)、美国普渡大学(Purdue University)食品科学系博士后。曾任中国粮油学会粮油质检分会委员、现为中国营养学会会员、江西省营养学会常务理事兼副秘书长、江西省科协第八次代表大会代表、江西省预防医学会卫生检验常务委员、中国博士后国际交流引进项目评审专家、江西省、山西省、河北省科技奖励评审专家组成员。主持及参与20余项国家级和省部级科研项目,包括主持国家重点研发计划项目子课题1项、863计划项目子课题1项、国家自然科学基金3项、江西省重大科技项目1项。独立或联合培养博士、硕士研究生20余名,独立或联合培养的硕士研究生分别被新加坡国立大学、德国KIT学院、韩国中央大学、江南大学等国内外著名大学录取为博士研究生。在《Analytical Chemistry》、《JOURNAL OF AGRICULTURAL AND FOOD CHEMISTRY》、《Food Chemistry》等SCI期刊发表论文40余篇;获ELSEVIER出版社邀稿英文专著一部,参编出版普通高等学校课程“十二五”规划教材1部;以第一发明人获得中国发明专利授权28项,完成省级科技成果鉴定4项,制定企业生产标准4项。
